Fee Schedule 

July 2011 -- The following rates are in effect for services rendered to include meetings, review of documents, visits to crash sites, examination of vehicles, consultations, etc. 

Fees:

• Initial Consultation: FREE
• Retainer: $1000.00*
• Pre-Case Evaluation: FREE
• Reconstruction/Analysis: $125.00/hr
• Professional Assistants: $60.00/hr
• Forensic mapping/scene depiction in CAD: $125.00/hr
• Animation: $125.00/hr
• Deposition: $125.00/hr (1 hr. case review plus time in deposition - 4 hr. min.)
• Court: $125.00/hr (1 hr. case review plus time in court - 4 hr. min.)
• Other expenses: billed at cost

*Paid in advance for first 8 hours of work

**For the pre-case evaluation, we will critically dissect all information provided by the client (police investigation, photos, statements, etc.).  We will attempt to draw preliminary conclusions from this data and render a professional opinion as to whether a complete traffic crash reconstruction would be beneficial to the clients case.  

Billing Policies:

• Local travel time (actual driving time) billed at $60.00 per hour
• Travel time away from home (lodging required) will be billed on a per hour basis for the total hours actually worked on that day
• Transportation, lodging, travel, and miscellaneous expenses billed at cost
• Hourly rates/Expenses will be billed monthly
• Advanced fees (retainer) request payment prior to the commencement of casework
