Allow me to introduce myself.  My name is Steven A. Belyus.  I am a retired sergeant and 27-year veteran with the Ohio State Highway Patrol.  I am also an experienced traffic crash reconstructionist with extensive training in the area of large commercial-type vehicles.  Over the years, my partners and I saw a significant need for quality traffic crash reconstruction as well as risk management and safety-related consulting services at affordable prices.  Thus, we created Stars Consulting, LLC.  While we welcome all clients—we specialize in reconstructing traffic crashes involving commercial vehicles.  We respond quickly and professionally to ensure you are best prepared for litigation.
